The Gruber Genetti Nursery has its company headquarters in Lana, South Tyrol. Our production site and our mothergardens are located in Roverchiara, Province of Verona. Thanks to our central position in Northern Italy, we can quickly reach and supply our customers.

Deep red colour and high yield
This clone is a colour mutation from the Jonagold with early colouration. It delivers a very high and regular yield of large, dark red fruit. Its flesh is very firm, tastes excellent, and the fruit can be stored easily.

Origin
Mutation, discovered in the nursery of the Princen brothers in Weert (NL) 

Tree
Quite strong growth to begin with, then moderate growth, advantageous horizontal branch layout, medium to late bloom
Pollinators: Braeburn, Gala, Golden Delicious, Idared, Golden Gem, Prof. Sprenger.

Harvest 
Middle to end of September, a single picking run may suffice under certain circumstances.
