According to what is specified by Article 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, our company Gruber Genetti Andreas, Max-Valier-Straße 7A, I-39011 Lana (BZ), in its capacity as data controller, informs that the processing of personal data, including e-mail address and telefax, supplied by filling in the forms on its website, will be carried out for the intended purposes and in accordance with the conditions set out below.
 

Nature of the processed data and purpose of the data processing

The company Gruber Genetti Andreas will acquire and process only personal data and, optionally, fiscal data; on no account shall data definable as “sensitive” in accordance with Article 4 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 be processed.
